We were originally booked on British Air in Premium Economy and tried with horrific results to upgrade to Business ( they wanted to charge us $10,000!). I decided to look into other airlines and business -tickets.com popped up ..what did I have to lose? I emailed them with my intentions and within a few hours we were booked and confirmed on Virgin Atlantic Upper Class for about half of what BA wanted to charge us.
