If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. Simply based on David Kaya. If I had not booked with them in the past I would have eaten the cost of the cancellation fee that he threatened me with after taking . I not only was harassed with phone calls and yelled at after he rudely addressed my assistant via text and over the phone whom he made cry but he REFUSED to let me speak to his supervisor. Told me I could keep calling the main line and I would never speak to his supervisor. He cut me off repeatedly, yelled at me and did not offer any solutions on how to move forward. He was abrasive, aggressive and does not have a shred of costumer service skills. I was told he was new but there is absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior. My main issue is in order to book with them, you HAVE TO add a tip for the rep that helped you. I paid a $50 tip to someone who had zero respect and verbally assaulted me and my assistant for six hours.

Amazing staff Mr Rio was efficient and resourceful . Airline cancelled rearrange my trip immediately . He was. Reachable at all hours ! Amazing staff , Mr Rio was efficient courteous and problem solver . Reachable at all hours willing to solve problems . I have had the best trip back from Philippines to Los Angels , thank. Rio and Business Skies ! I will never buy another ticket accept from business skies. Mr Rio next time keep me in mind for round trip to Japan for July . When you get a good deal let me know , I’ll only fly with you

Great Customer Support Qatar Airlines had changed the routing on our return flight which meant an extra 8 hours with a 3 hour layover in Chicago. I reached out to Mike via email. Within a few hours, he called me on my India cell, promised that he will look into it and within a few hours got us back to flying direct to Philly. I actually was not very hopeful that this would happen considering that it was very close to our date of travel; virtually the eleventh hour but the Business-Skies guys came thru. What is more, Mike sent me several short emails over the few hours that it took them to coordinate with Qatar, etc to keep us posted.
