Recruitment made easy I’ve been dealing with Trade Recruit for just over a year now and they have placed 5 staff in my organisation (2 electricians, 2 solar salesmen and a solar installer). So far we have 100% staff retention so it’s looking good! I speak with Jordan and Tyler on a regular basis and they really understand my business and the type of candidates that will be a good fit. Sometimes it can take a month or two to find a candidate, but most of the time they find someone within 2 weeks. It’s a 5 out of 5 score from me.
