DEThe 200-hour holistic yoga teacher… The 200-hour holistic yoga teacher training course has a well balanced curriculum and kind teachers, friendly to any interested beginner yogi that wants to become a teacher; while the teachings are delivered with depth so that anyone - including and specially more advanced students - can embark in a journey of persistent growth. This experience is made complete by the community, Mimansa, the family, the town, and of course your classmates, your yogi family. Also, the food was delicious.

CAEye-opening experience! To be honest, my goal wasn't to become a teacher. I'm a perfectionist who wanted to know how to push my "physical" practice to another level. I thought it would be smart to learn how to become a teacher to finally have access to their knowledge! 😅 Not only did I get what I was looking for through the various physical courses we had, I'm truly shocked by everything else that came with it !! Discovering the yoga philosophy, relearning how to breath and realizing how deeply it is important in our lives, obtaining a better global understanding of how our body works through the anatomy, Ayurvedic and sound healing classes, as well as how much it's connected to everything we feel (emotionally and mentally), how to meditate and understanding why I want to add this in my life habits are just a few examples! The 200h course is a true life changing experience that I will cherish all my life! Also, Reiki has made me realize that all we are searching for is peace within and without, and Mimamsa yogshala has truly helped me taste that peace and allow me to see and understand what I must do (and not do) to live it daily, as I keep moving forward with my life. I've been back home for 2 weeks now and my spirit is still in shock. Many things that have been covered can be quite confronting at first. I come from a different world (Canada) with different ways of living and viewing life. However, my body, mind and soul has never felt better in my life than when I was there with this beautiful, honest and real team of yogis who are clearly passionate about what they share with us. If you're thinking about it but just like me you're having trouble to choose which school to pick, I highly recommend taking this one! In case of doubt beforehand, during the course, or even afterwards, the Mimamsa team is always there to help and support you! Beat of luck on your journey! Namaste 🙏💖✨

INA Transformative Journey at Mimamsa Yogshala Yoga School I recently completed the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Mimamsa Yogshala Yoga School in Rishikesh. It was an amazing experience, thanks to the skilled instructors - Yogi Manoj, Yogi Rohy, and Swami Atma Jnanananda Giri. As soon as I arrived at the school, I felt immersed in learning and spiritual growth. The curriculum covered various topics like poses, breath work, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methods. Every day brought new insights and challenges. Yogi Manoj guided us through the physical aspects of yoga. He focused on alignment and posture to ensure safe practice and a strong mind-body connection. He made complex concepts easy to understand. Yogi Rohy taught us about breath control. His knowledge of pranayama left me amazed at our inner power. He was patient and encouraged questions. Swami Atma Jnanananda Giri guided us through yoga philosophy and spirituality. His talks on meditation and self-realization were eye-opening. He inspired mindfulness in our lives beyond the classroom. The school's holistic approach was clear in everything. The accommodation, meals, and staff support were great. Trips to spiritual sites and the Ganges added a cultural layer. This training was more than certification. It was a journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment. The teachings of the instructors deepened my practice and prepared me to share yoga's benefits. For a transformative yoga education with experienced teachers, consider Mimamsa Yogshala Yoga School. I'm grateful for this experience, leaving with a renewed sense of purpose and connection to yoga's teachings.

INAmazing yoga school near nature and ganga river Studying yoga at Mimamsa has been the deepest and most transformative experience of my life. I arrived without expectations, with the simple intention of deepening the knowledge of yoga and it has turned out to be one of the best schools to study in. Starting with the location of the place, in a super quiet area near laxmanhula, surrounded by nature and silence. Very well located with respect to shops, cafes, etc. in a very quiet and family neighborhood, also perfect for walking and enjoying the energy of the Ganga. Continuing for the management and administration that is always aware of the well-being and happiness of the students. You will be in a very safe place with an incredible family that will worry that nothing is missing and that your experience is as enriching and transformative as possible. Three meals a day, healthy, cooked with a lot of love and delicacy, taking care of the needs of the students and health care. You won't go hungry and you will eat healthy and super delicious food. You will have some magnificent teachers, some of them come from the Himalayan mountains with a life dedicated to the service and study of yoga in its different spheres: philosophy, pranayama, meditation, asanas... etc. And different subjects in which you can acquire knowledge in which, according to your interests, you can deepen. Manoj, the director of the school and the teachers in general, are very interested in giving a training very focused on philosophy and in having a learning as traditional as possible, not only in asanas or in the physical part so that you really understand the purpose and meaning of yoga. You will begin a very intense and truly transformative internal journey. The schedule is demanding and requires discipline but there is also room for fun and laughter. Yoga is to make people happy and in this school they are prepared for it. In the hatha yoga classes you will learn a lot but you will also laugh and have fun with Manoj's classes, who is also the founder and director and the one who has put this focus and energy in the school. You will also have super interesting subjects such as ayurveda in which you can have a general idea about ayurvedic medicine and apply it in your life and on your yoga trip. Alignment and adjustment of asanas in which you can deepen the practice of the postures to be able to improve your practice and be able to share the learning with your future students. Excursions and activities to different places in the area where you can connect with the place, learn more about culture and make community with the school, family and your classmates. A super interesting and fun traditional Indian cooking class. Whether you want to be a yoga teacher, or if you just want to deepen your practice and change your life, this is your place. Personally, I feel that I couldn't have been in a better place and since minute 1 I have felt very lucky to have chosen this school. Thank you so much, it was an amazing experience . Carmen.

NLTransformative experience! We just spent one month at Mimamsa Yogshala and we really loved the experience. We made a deep dive into yoga, which is far more multifaceted than I had anticipated, and the program had a nice balance of asana’s and the more mental aspects of yoga. The food was great too! Above all, we really liked the people, both the students this school attracts, and the personnel that works so hard to make it an amazing experience. The smiles on their faces are infectious, and we’ve certainly brought them home with us! Would recommend!
