She changed departure date without me noticing, she didn't do what I told her I wanted for departure because she couldn't find one so she switched. When I told her she made a mistake, she said it's too late, and she wants $600 to change it, stay away!!!

Scam with a cap SCAM! Scam with a cap SCAM!! Knew it was too good to be true when I found what I thought was a legitimate rate... received booking email with reservation number. Following day received another email with my complete cc information 😤 from Alayna Ford stating booking was pending so of course confused and pissed! I attempted to get questions answered as to why booking was pending...Alayna very rudely said it was canceled without warning or a reasonable explanation. Please do not I mean do not deal with them. Look over your cc statements carefully and contact fraud department immediately afterwards

Disguising themselves as airlines, they scammed me $200 They scammed me out of $200 claiming they are holding my canceled flight for a future date. Then they call me and basically say they cannot rebook me. This company disguised themselves as Air France on a Google Search, that's how I fell for it. I can't believe I did. BEWARE!

bunch of crooks trying to take… bunch of crooks trying to take advantage of people. we had a family emergency and my father thinking he was specking to an American airlines representative gave all his information. Luckily the crook got his visa info wrong. At this point my dad got an email saying he had to confirm when he realize this was not American airlines he decided not to proceed with the ticket. The guy proceeded to threaten my father saying if he went to the airport they would arrest him and that he needed his correct visa information. Arrest him for what ? being awesome ? clearly nothing less than a scam. Stay away from scammers like this.

I purchased my tickets to Hawaii this… I purchased my tickets to Hawaii this summer for a December trip and needed to cancel and have not been able to get through to anyone to do this. All of their agents are busy 24/7 apparently- so clearly I have been ripped off. My confirmation code isn't even valid for the airline. What a terrible experience, DO NOT USE THIS SITE
