COMPLETE FRAUD COMPLETE FRAUD! I booked a return taxi ride with them at Paris airport. No one was there. They give you a French telephone number in case you need to contact them. It's an answering machine in French. I waited 40 minutes. Nothing!!! As I said, complete fraud. I reported them to American Express for not just a refund but for also investigations. PLEASE AVOID.
