GBDriver didn't wait! Pre-booked through Booking.com. Flight arrived on time at Miami International Airport. Received WhatsApp message from driver as soon as we got to Border Control to say they were already waiting. Replied to advise the queues were VERY long and we were very likely to be delayed (actually took a full hour to get to baggage hall due to lack of active gates). Messaged driver again once outside terminal to advise exit door for pickup, but received reply to say we had 'exceeded wait time' and driver had left the airport without us! Contacted driver's control who said they could arrange another pickup, but no one available immediately and we would need to pay the new driver directly. As it was now near 11pm (local time, 4am UK time) we decided to cancel the order and take a cab to our hotel. On arrival at hotel we contacted Booking.com who agreed the driver should have waited and provided a full refund.
