GBGreat lot parking overall Great lot parking overall; the attendant was wonderful upon our arrival and departure after we returned from our trip. My only complaint is the shuttle driver - he drove a bit too fast on the way back from the airport taking us to our vehicles ; tossing us around in the shuttle.

GBDifficult to cancel a reservation. Customer service was not really available by phone. I needed to cancel my reservation. After some difficulty located the appropriate place on the webpage to do this, it said to call their customer service line. When i called, the recorded message said to send an email. I did, but have no indication yet that the reservation has been canceled.

GBEveryone was super helpful from arrival… Everyone was super helpful from arrival to leaving the lot. I had a ticket from a 3rd party reservation so the code wouldn't scan. A man was super helpful and kind and helped me get in the lot. When leaving, I had misplaced the code that he gave me and the woman checking me out was super helpful and kind as well. The drivers were also very positive and helpful. Thank you for helping a stressful day be less stressful.

GBGreat experience! We were nervous as we have never used this type of service before. We were very pleasantly surprised as we pulled into the lot at 4:30 AM, were greeted immediately, told where to park and were picked up almost immediately. We were taken right to our airline entrance. When we arrived back, we called the number and we were picked up in less than a minute and returned right to our vehicle. Great experience - will definitely use again!

GBMostly easy Online booking was easy, then the parking and shuttle were mostly easy too. There was an issue with the kiosk that scanned our printed booking though and a lady waved us through as we were first parking. But then as we were leaving, the same issue was still present and the guy checking us out had to work rather hard to get the reservation read and sorted. He did though and we were still only charged the initial booking. Would have been nice to sort the issue at first though so it didn't take so much extra time.
