I had a great experience this week when… I had a great experience this week when the airfare that I purchased on line was no longer available. At that point Mike Mayers rich out to me via Email and call me upon the phone to make sure I was aware of the situation and offer me tickets on the same flights for a higher price but some discounts. He was very professional and guided me through the process and calm me down.Today my E tickets were issued and I am a happy Customer.Thanks Digna Cordova

Big time Scam!!! The Agent Christiana did an amazing job convincing us until we noticed that we could not confirm the tickets on the airline's site. Anytime we made an inquiry, the tickets were repurchased and canceled. This was done 7 times until we were told that she was fired and tickets do not exist. Waste of time and money since we have to repurchase tickets at a higher cost months after our initial purchase. Screwing up 36 people in the process. Shame on Bestfaredeal! Total scam do not fall for this!
