The 2nd Agent (Patricia) was real… The 2nd Agent (Patricia) was real helpful in booking my trip. I had a first agent call me and book a round trip flight but then I received no confirmation or e-ticket. The only issue I have, is that I went here to save money, thought it would only be 334 round trip as opposed to the going rates on airlines of 600 round trip and unfortunately when the 2nd agent called and rebooked me for no reason, the cost was nearly 600, meaning I could have booked a trip on my own for the same price.
