Scam artists This company and apparently their employees are lying scam artists. I was involved in the fiasco with SW Airlines in December and in trying to get back on. They represented themselves as SW Airlines and charged me $175. for a return flight that was cancelled. SW Airlines stood behind all of the fees that I incurred (except with the scam artists) because of the problems and I will continue doing business with them. But I will let everyone know what a horrid experience it was dealing with Luna and Valvalto. Shame on you for your lies and deception.

Language barrier Perry help me in getting to Africa Tanzania diaspora.. my only complaint is I could not understand my agent, and it seemed when I would ask him to repeat himself due to language barrier; he was a little short with me. Other than that we got the job done so for that I'm thankful... Just a little bit more patience Perry, it's your job to make sure people understand what's being communicated. Overall, experience wasn't bad..

My husband and l connected with Max… My husband and l connected with Max Wilson December 14th, 2022 after l learned my darling elderly father had 3 to 5 days to live. Wintering in Phoenix Arizona l had to return to Ottawa, Ontario Canada. Limited flights and the holiday season created more issues to deal with. Max was successful in getting me home in time! Now facing the "storm of the century" with hundreds of thousands of air travellers stranded across North America, I'll make it home within a few days. Well done Max! Great attitude and efficient.
