Great customer service Great customer service! Our driver met us inside the terminal with a large sign and was easy to spot. He was prompt, friendly, courteous, and a very safe driver. The van itself was spacious and spotless. Will definitely use this service again. Thank you for a great welcome to Tokyo and the start of our vacation.

No one came for us No one came for us, after one hour of waiting they told us to take a taxi, and that they will pay it for us.. they gave me back just what i payed for their transfer which was a lot smaller amount than we payed for taxi... we allmost missed our fly.. never more mytransfer..

Great service, highly professional Everything worked really well and was super easy. They have a counter right outside customs and from there is just a few steps to the cars. We had a lot of luggage because we moved to Tenerife and they even switched to a bigger car without extra charge. Drivers were really helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this company.
