GBI have reflect on my previous rating and concluded that it was too harsh, so have uprated to 4 stars. Despite multiple instructions to await our exit from the Cruise Terminal due to the unpredictable US TSA delays; a driver was sent early, the driver then left and and returned and left again. I was then warned of a charge for waiting time! Having finally exited the terminal; a driver was not available and we waited at the curb in the sun for another to be located. When Valentino arrived he was friendly and efficient in a very clean vehicle and the journey to our hotel was good. Our second journey to JFK was handled well and despite the awful traffic we arrived at the airport in good time,

GBThe divider between the driver and… The divider between the driver and passenger was broken, so there was no privacy. And the driver kept calling me to tell me I was late even though I paid for the waiting time.

GBNo problems makes for a good experience. My initial phone call was attended to quickly. If I had to say anything about the service I received, etc. is that the person at the other end could have been a bit more friendly. But, all in all, he did his job as did the driver who met my friends and I when we headed home from vacation. The driver was very polite and friendly.

GBI booked car services from Bradley… I booked car services from Bradley Airport, when we arrived our chauffeur alex was already waiting for us and he was so humble and polite. Would highly recommend them.
