A nervous flyer I was a nervous wreck throughout the entire process. This was my first time flying with my elderly parents and I was so scared! Pablo Rivera was a God sent he was so calm and reassured me over and over that he would help me! Not only dis he help he ensured my parents were placed with wheelchair on both leaving and returning flights! He has helped me a couple days before to find our flight information on website of company to calm me down and extended his help for the day before we fly which will be in a couple days! He's GREAT!!!
