The level of customer service I received was exceptional. From booking to landing, the communication was clear, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed. The journey itself was smooth, with a spotless plane and skilled pilots. They took the time to explain safety procedures and made me feel at ease, even though it was my first time on a private aircraft. The waiting lounge was a pleasant surprise too—very clean and well-equipped, with refreshments and comfortable seating. It was a great way to start and end the trip. Overall, Monarch Air Group made my first private charter experience memorable for all the right reasons. The level of personal attention and the quality of service were top-notch. Monarch for the save!!!! Monarch for the save!!!!! My entire family (kids and cousins) were stranded in Miami. The next flight available was 4 days later?!?! My sister and I searched every available option to get them to us. We reached out to Ryan at Monarch and within 2 hours he had the pilots, plane, and SUV ready to take care of them.
