GBSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If it was an option, I wouldn’t even select a star! If it were possible they’d get negative five stars! I have been requesting a refund for MONTHS, I mean literally months!!!! The process was started March 26th and here it is today, September 8th and still no refund. I have emailed several times. I have called even more times, like 25 times and each time I’m told something totally different! I’ve been told I need to email other addresses with no response! I would NEVER EVER recommend them! Save yourself the hassle and just look for the next business who actually cares about customers!

GBMy money for a canceled trip was never… My money for a canceled trip was never refunded to my credit card and I saw where I was charged in my bank account by Alaska Air for the trip. Alaska Air could not refund me because the charge produced by New Travel Trip did contain the correct information like ticket # or booking confirmation. Don’t trust this company with your travel plans!

GBScam I purchased what I thought was two tickets. After not receiving my confirmation number and e-ticket as they had said, I started to investigate. United airlines said the tickets were purchased and then refunded. Therefore they scammed my money and never notified me I had no tickets. Good thing I found out before going to the airport to find out I had no flight. DO NOT USE this company. It's a SCAM!!!

GBAbsolutely fudging horrible Absolutely fudging horrible! Do not go through this site! Total scam! My dad just bought tickets and I’m trying to reach their customer service and NON of the contact info provided is working ! They gave us a number to call for “immediate response” which gives a busy line and their customer service email says “it’s not found” I am absolutely mortified from what a scam this has been WOW!

GBTerrible customer service We had to re-schedule a trip and after two month can not get our refund. All customer service will do is send an email saying it will be refunded in 7-10 days. Sixty (60) later no refund. Impossible to reach anyone who can actually help you. Terrible company do not trust them with your travel plans.
