Bait and swith Bait and switch, paid for two round trip tickets approximately $500, found out you have to pay additional for carry on baggage, check in baggage, cost for seat and airport costs and taxes. It cost me an additional 249 dollar each way (almost $500) RIP OFF…

useless totally fake website! do not waste time. booked month and a half in advance and no ticket was available.... tried calling and no one could help. Kept getting put on hold and literally it was just them sitting there "silent" but could still hear noise in background. after several attempts they stated flight couldnt be booked and was therefore a cancelled transaction. luckily no money was lost but i can see some have lost money. please use different agency.

Booked a flight with them June 23rd Booked a flight with them June 23rd, 2021, 2 economy seats.paid.no e-ticket recieved. had to cancel after 1 day to land at another location. Wrote an email to them requesting refund. They said it would be two billing cycles. After emailing them two more times and calling them 6x, we finally talked to a supervisor who said our refund would be redeposited in our account in 24 hours.july 20, 2021. That is exactly what happened. We were lucky to get our money back. I will never book through this place again. We booked and purchased new tickets through the airline themselves and received tickets within seconds after purchased.

I cant give manage to give this place a… I cant give manage to give this place a zero star, so it gets a 1 star. HORRIBLE SERVICE, they continue to hang up on me, refuse to let me speak to their manager, told me I’ll be given my refund in 3 days from my original phone call now I’m being told it will take a month. HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH, constant beating around the bush. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY!!

Terrible customer service We had to re-schedule a trip and after two month can not get our refund. All customer service will do is send an email saying it will be refunded in 7-10 days. Sixty (60) later no refund. Impossible to reach anyone who can actually help you. Terrible company do not trust them with your travel plans.
