The app stated a driver was on the way, then that it was 15 min away etc. But the driver never showed up! I have tried to contact Lyft but there is no way that they will allow me to do that!

Totally disappointed!! Never ride again!!! Book a ride at 5.40 Driver supposed to come at 5.46 as the confirmation. But on the map noticed he is going far away from my location. Then msg him and asked whether he is coming. He said on the way. But he is going 17 minutes far away and then he mentioned he is on the way. Then he came to pick up me at 6. 27 pm. Totally disappointed about the service and the way the driver acted. I was waiting after works to going home to my kids and because of this I had to paid extra $15 per kid, to Nanny. Never need to ride again with them and decide to go back with Uber or any other service. Wish I can give 0 start to this service. Totally upset about the service I have all evidence and time to time screen shots.

So I proceeded n said my peoples place after Dat he goes n asked am I visiting people ? N I was like why does it matter what I’m doing . Then lastly he states “idk this just seems so far” n I responded n said you can see the location before you pick the ride . So to save my ass I changed the address I was going to to an address down the street to b in the save side n I can see this man turned I. His blinkers n drives off really really slow . I den take precaution like yo dis is not right so I kinda go towards the grass inna dark I can see him parked towards as if he’s waiting on him to pass him walking by . Even then I have not walked in my house I stand dere because I felt as if it’s saver to have my ass other den dis man forever knowing where I live n he literally turns his lights off !!!!! Watch out ladies his name is Jose he needs to b FIRED ASAP @LYFT

I use Lyft consistently for work I use Lyft consistently for work. The main issue is that it is a gamble with who you get as a driver. Some people can speak both Spanish and English, and some people know how to translate, but some drivers do not know English at all and do not use translate. I’ve spent countless rides translating for the driver on how to use a gate code and how to understand the app. This shouldn’t be the responsibility of the rider but the company itself. This is costly because a few times the driver hasn’t even bothered to use a gate code and causes the rider to walk. I’ve also had experiences where drivers are rude because they get mad at you for not translating. This will cost you a lot of business, and I'm sure with other customers as well if you do not fix this or if you only operate in primarily Spanish speaking areas.

Was quoted $26 and then charged $36 for… Was quoted $26 and then charged $36 for normal trip taken several times. You canceled my initial driver and sent another one who went completely the wrong way to pick me up and then went to a completely different pick up location. Drove like he had never driven a car I will go back to using Uber.
