CKlooking for pricing not a phone number to call Holland America web site gives all info required just enter dates number of pax and cruise and up comes total price. I can then look at other dates etc and get answers then not an email telling me to call a number.

ITUnuseful We are an Italian couple and we were in Orlando 3 weeks ago. Then my husband and I have looked for a brief cruise from Miami to Bahamas. Every day I received Top-Cruise-Deals by email and every time I opened the mail, read the content, choosen the proposal suited for us then the website didn't finalize and the only chance was the one to call by phone. So it was nice to receive daily very interesting and cheap offers , but totally unuseful. Best regards, Isabella e Davide

GBtotal price up front Would prefer that one could seethe total cruise price right away instead of going thru a bunch of screens before being able to see the full pricing inf. I would suggest that right under cruise price you have a line that shows the additional amount for taxes, port charges and other fees that are part of the total cost. Going thru all the additional screens wastes my time.

GTComplicated I have had trouble finding cruise options. For example: I wanted to take a transatlantic cruise either in late September/early October 2015, from any USA East Coast port to either, Spain (preferable) or England. Instead of getting a plain answer saying there is no such a cruise available, I got pages and pages of information that were, quite frankly, useless to me.

ESA waste of my time as I am not a citizen of US or Candian I was looking for a 12night cruise departing from Barcelona, preferably with RCI. I spent a significant amount of my time only to find out, eventually, that the companies you offer in your selection criteria (Expedia etc) are aimed exclusively at citizens of the United States or Canada and did not permit UK based residents. Very disappointing as I thought I had found a good deal.
