Take a look at a BBC documentary Panorama, episode „spying on the scammers“ (you need to be in the UK or have a VPN connection to a UK server) Or on YouTube search jTXN9iTKHc8 at timestamp 9:45 But the whole video is about a big scammer boss Amit Chauhan and his family and friends they make more than$ 10 Million a year by Faremart, telling they are technician from Microsoft or Amazon. If somone calls or send you an email, hang up and go to the real Microsoft.com or Amazon.com for the real support number, because the real one won‘t ask you never for money, debit card, checks, gift cards or open a bank account while there on your screen!

GBNot a scam, just not good deals. Unfortunately for the many that quote the U-tube scmbusters videos closing a call center or reports of police closing a company with a similar name to Faremart. The company that these reviews are to are not for the company that was closed by police. It is a USA based company and not the Indian one that got busted. This companies site is still up, they are still taking reservations and money and they are still getting complaints. I have also noticed this company has charged ne and others some of the highest fees for doing darn near anything and charge for things like seats and luggage that might be free. This is not a scam as these exorbitant fees are quite clearly stated in their terms. So I would still avoid these guys like the Covid. But calling them thieves when customer carelessness to read their terms and conditions is the underlying problem.

CAThanks, Nelson! Next time I'm in town I'll pop into Head Office and say hi in person. I had booked a night at a hotel through Faremart in Wilmington, Delaware for a layover, and was flying out at noon the next day.I was disappointed because instead of the lakefront view, I had the scenic parking lot. Dialed the 1-800 number, and got through to Nelson. I explained the situation, and he was empathetic, saying he was "going to make me whole". I thought maybe a partial refund or a meal voucher was in the pipeline. He said he would call back. He didn't. Ninety minutes later, there were two (!) expensive-looking prostitutes at my hotel room door. They brought an ornate floral arrangement/gift basket, a bottle of Amrut Indian Single Malt whisky, and a tolah (10g) of the finest Manali charas. Yes, at 9:30p.m., on a Tuesday night in Wilmington, DE. We had a real late, fun, exhausting night, and I hang-over-slept and missed my complimentary Continental breakfast. I was home greeting my wonderful wife and children by dinnertime. Thanks again, Nelson!

GBI received a good service from… I received a good service from Faremart, the flight was booked on time and it was a comfortable flight. Although, there were gaps in the communication while booking the flight and I had to call for 4-5 times to get the work done.
