And the hotel is in a narrow gully. It’s a Malaysia’s poor hotel. Which is have no bathroom carpet. Not have a propper window screen. Etc. We are very disappointed. And MMT booking flight tickets which arriving in early morning. Bt the hotel check in time was 3 pm. And the customer was sit half a day in lobby.

I lost money for family tickets during dubai flood issue time. Very disappointed, am looking for zero star unfortunately it was not der. Five star service from makemytrip We planned our 5 days trip for my elderly parents to banglore/coorg & mysore. Our travel agent priyanka loyal was helpful from the beginning to smooth our experience as this was our first time booking. Priyank kept me guided throughout payment process & informed about driver detail near the time

Fraud and Chor Company Makemytrip I wish there was a minus ratings possible for this fraud company. Guys, never use Makemytrip. It is a chor fraud business. It does not believe in honouring it's commitments to its customers. I had booked a room under the MMT Value Stay wherein they offered full money back if the rooms aren't clean. Inspire of sharing the photos of the third class rooms, Makemytrip refuses to honour it's commitment of refunding the full booking amount.

Sham/Scam of guarantees and promises This company is a sham when it comes to various guarantees or promises it advertises. I had booked a cab under there "Best Price Guarantee" where they would provide you a coupon/rebate of 5 times the difference amount if you found the price cheaper elsewhere. I did found it cheaper on another website and provided MMT with all details and proof multiple times. Every time there system would send an automated email that someone would update my case in 72 business hours. It's been 4 months and it's still the same response every time. You can't follow up the case through their app because the journey is completed. This is a scam/sham company I guess with no morals or customer service when it comes to refunds or guarantees. Stay away from this cheater management
