If I could give a negative star I… If I could give a negative star I would! My room was absolutely disgusting! There were stains on the carpet the smell of weed or cigarettes I could barely sleep! The picture of the room was completely false advertisement it looked nothing like what my confirmation had shown. To top it all off I went to return the key and there was nobody at the building all doors were locked I waited 20 minutes with my Uber and almost missed my flight the customer care representative on the phone told me to leave the key ag the door which I followed her instructions I later got charged $200 for a key deposit!!! Complete scam!! I will never book with them and do not recommend them to my worst enemy.

a great away from home experience My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this apartment, Belltown. The bathroom, closet, kitchen, and bedroom was perfect. The unit came with a balcony with views of Downtown and the Space Needle. Past reviews claimed the neighborhood was bad. I can say we felt secure and had little trouble with homeless or additional trouble. Check in and out was SUPER easy. We enjoyed the rooftop common area for morning coffee drinks and even celebrated New Years with neighbors. Overall 5 out of 5 experience. As far as feedback we would have liked a softer bed and nicer bedroom blankets. Street parking was SUPER easy but would have preferred to park inside the building as there were plenty of spots in the garage and would have liked the option.

Seattle Nirvana Apartments AKA Seattle Dawn AKA The Post Apartments, Unit 1006 Read the one star as zero stars. The one star is a Trustpilot system limitation and is undeserved. One star gives far too much credit to Booking.com and Ginosi Apartels. On the morning of November 5, 2016, after having left a detailed complaint on the counter prior to our early departure during my birthday celebration weekend from the Ginosi unit at The Post (888 Western Avenue, Unit 1006, Seattle), and after having made at least four telephone calls to Ginosi Customer Service since the evening of our arrival (the night before) requesting to speak with management about the poor condition of the unit, an enormous amount of my time and energy has been lost in buck-passing telephone calls and emails to Booking.com and Ginosi, their client based in Armenia. The written complaint reads, verbatim - "Ginosi Apartel, (1) Glass coffee table is a 3-legged booby trap. (2) Insufficient towels and rags for the number of reserved guests (3) Stink body odor on all blankets/sheets (I washed them. $15 per hour x 3 hours = $45, please.) (4) Filthy door and handles in bathroom. (5) 1-ply toilet paper (6) Wobbly glass dining table (7) Cheap unpadded rug curled on edges (next to cheap, broken glass furniture) (8) Light switches not connected to lamps (9) No instruction for heat/air (10) No DVD player Reviews will reflect my notes, plus a little more. Refund will be required for this incredible let down on my birthday weekend. We initially reserved a two-night stay but can't suffer this abuse another night, and definitely not our dime. Disgusting, cheap, filthy broken down, mismatched, outdated, booby-trapped experience. Thanks for a memorable birthday!" In follow up email to Booking.com, equally to blame in my complaint due to the hands-off approach they've taken, photo attachments show the broken leg (of a glass coffee table), detached hardware (possibly from the table) found near the table; the unpadded rug rolled at the edges, positioned beneath the three-legged glass coffee table; and filthy conditions and rough wear in the unit. Also attached were photos of fire alarms in open position, showing vacant battery cavities, an obvious violation of a variety of city, fire, and public safety codes. (We found the door of the unit standing ajar on our arrival, so I was prompted to take photos to document the overall condition of the unit.) Each of my communications have been a demand for a complete and total refund of fees and taxes associated with the 1-night stay at the Ginosi unit, with a promise to escalate the matter if left unresolved. Ginosi and Booking.com have relayed Ginosi's offer of partial refund of approximately $80, 30% of the cost of our 1-night stay. Ginosi's offer misses the point, on purpose. Now, nearly a month has passed since our unfortunate stay in the Ginosi unit, so with sheer principle as my motivator, this complaint will be raised to a number of city government officials, enforcement offices, and consumer protection agencies. UPDATE November 30, 3016: A nameless Ginosi employee responded to my review. Keeping to tradition, the response is absent of customer service, pride in business reputation, and accountability, and focuses entirely on that poor little old 30% offer. This is no longer about the money, as I said. It hasn't been about money for a long time. It's about a cheap, shameful operation admitting (to those agencies and authorities that I mentioned above) that it is a cheap, shameful operation. That's going to be better than a 100% refund. Oh, and definitely no need for further responses here, Nameless Ginosi Robot. Save your energy. You're going to need it.

Hi I honestly worked for this crappy Hi I honestly worked for this crappy company and to be honest worst employers out there they were trash treated their employees like crap. I was a manager pretty much and got paid minimum wage honestly one of this most trahiest companies they didn’t even pay the housekeepers the right amount I freaking hated working here honestly my worst job probably I’ve had a lot of freakin jobs I hated it and quite and while I worked there people told me I was amazing and the face of this doodoo company cause everyone else who works there is literally negative and crappy at their job. The management doesn’t pay right and doesn’t know how to run a freakin company. To my all honest opinion I don’t think ginosi apartels should be a freakin open hotel thing cause their honestly terrible. Nothing is ever fixed and they depend on their employees To be managers not the managers themselves. Idk tbh horrible company ran by terrible people who don’t obvi give a crap about the people staying in or working for them!!

“BLOOD FROM 2 DAY OLD CRIME SCENE OUTSIDE DOOR AND THEY REFUSED TO MOVE ME” I stayed in the Hollywood Apartel from December 11th to December 14th. Upon check in, I was told a crime scene investigation would be taking place outside of my apartment door because of an incident two days prior. I asked if it was a murder and they refused to give me information. I was told there was blood on the floor outside the apartment and police still at the scene. I insisted to be moved to another unit and was told that would not be possible. When I attempted to reach reservations, the line was disconnected twice from Dmitri(?) hanging up and Nazan refusing to speak to me. After 40 minutes, I was only offered another apartment after a "last minute cancellation." I asked every team member I spoke with if they would live in this unit and they all said no. I am disappointed in the lack of concern for your guests comfort. Being that the incident happened two days ago, I should have been communicated well in advance so I could make plans accordingly.
