GBPaid my activation fee Paid my activation fee. tried to book my week in San Juan. They could not support there end of the contract and would not bend, even a little, to accommodate their inability to honor their published agreement. Luckily I was able to get a refund of my fee.

GBWhat a huge waste of my time What a huge waste of my time. Got certificate from attending a travel club presentation. Sent them deposits and booked dates then they would not give my the name of the hotel for my reservation. Finally three weeks before travel I insisted and they still would not give it to me but the said it would be economy class, no pool, and not near the ocean (Puerto Rico). The certificate specifically stated "Travelers Class" but they said NOPE its economy. All they wanted to do was sell me an expensive upgrade to another hotel. Glad I went through all this before I booked my flights. Still took multiple calls to get them to refund my deposit. Very disappointed. Felt scammed.

GBOutstanding Customer Service!!! Calling a huge company with minimal information is usually a pain. But having encountered Linda, customer service representative is like finding a priceless gem. She has the best ears to listen to your concerns. She possesses the skills to creatively cater to your specific needs. She's gifted with her unusual ability to redefine genuine customer service. You can imagine her on the other line handling your case with a smile. Kudos to Casablanca Express. You have one of the best staffs. She just set the standard higher.

GBBEWARE BEWARE: If you are looking for a place of honesty, Casablanca Express is not a place. We ended up signing up for a timeshare sale meeting, it wasn’t as bad as we had thought. However, we are very disappointed with the promise they had made about a free trip which I understand was too good to be true, but still, give us the full info. I would have paid extra if they were honest about how it works, but from day one all they want is your money. First, you will receive a voucher and will be asked to pay taxes and fees and a refundable deposit which will be $ 250. After that, they will ask you for an upgrade with $ 100 threatening that your trip will be miserable if you do not upgrade. They also promised us a ticket for two shows in Vegas which I have not seen yet. I tried calling three times but have not received any callback. This is not really a free trip but an awful experience shown by Casablanca Express. They can do it better with honesty and customer service even if they are trying to sell a timeshare. I was considering a timeshare with them, but not anymore. I do not trust this company. They did get my one-time money, but lost my trust and money for the future. I am yet to see how this trip will go, but have zero expectations. Even if I can divert a couple of people from Casablanca, I will be happy. It’s all about trust when doing business, not the route that Casablanca has taken. Hope you see this post. Save you time and money, it’s cheaper to go by yourself.
