It has digressed into a pop culture social rag with issues found on every media site. Its become “Mother Jones” with an Atlas. Too bad! It desperately needs another editorial team in order to restore it former glory.

Fire customer support people Just had the most ridiculous conversation with not 1 but 2 (supervisor) customer service people..... First from Philippines who COULD NOT UNDERTAND AND ANSWER BASIC QUESTIONS RE: no issues received for 3 months. Both she and supervisor (American who spoke English) could not listen or understand the problem. Each gave different info re: problem, then adding 3 more problems. Glad to find N G complaint site....seems I experienced same problems with customer service. Simple questions, rude etc etc etc....... ....will not renew current sub...

I guess all you think about Africa is that they have no food and no water and they're poor awww so sad. but no, you guys don't have a big enough brain to understand the beauty of Africa, at least explain that and quit the stupidity.

The magazines were a gift to my…daughter The magazines were a gift to my daughter. Now that she's a grown up it took me ages to cancel my 10 year-subscription, with threats of an 'incasso'bureau. Can you f**king believe that arrogance and distrust after 10 years of flawless payments ... Shame on you National Geographic.

People handling subscriptions are a disaster Almost a year ago I paid for a subscription to Nat Geo History. Everything was correct, but from day one they got my address INCORRECT and despite all my complaining e-mails, they have continued to do so for almost a FULL YEAR and I have yet to recieve a single copy. They are apparantly unaccountable for such mistakes and are certainly uncaring, or they would had made things right by now. Read the other reviews with people with similar problems. I feel nothing but frustration and anger for such avoidable incompetence and only wish I could be listened to.
