COPaid for checked-baggage and SkyTour kept the money and had to pay checked baggage at airline counter We purchased our tickets on SkyTour including checked-baggage for our round way trip. At the airport counter the airline (Air Europe) told us checked-baggage was not included so we had to pay it (USD$150 + taxes). We try to connect with Sky Tours on their web, bot and telephone and has not been possible.

ESWorst service ever...... I would prefer to give no stars if that was an option. Terrible customer service. I booked a flight, was sent confirmation and when (just prior to flying) I checked itinerary, my booking had been cancelled. NO email, NO notification. Tried to call...NO POSSIBILITY to take to anyone. Tried to talk to the chat option online and person/robot left conversation with a simple 'Sorry for the inconvenience' ...Oh and we'll refund but may take up to two weeks. Absolutely DISGRACEFUL.

IL5 Stars 5 Stars! After we found unfortionate mistake in our reservations date we got very worried, but shortly after sending a request in site- we got a nice mail back from customer support - they will take care and wil try to find a solution. At the same day the ticket was reschedual to the reqested dates. Thanks alot to Anush and the support team, we higly appreciate the policy and service!

BETicket could never be confirmed Sky-Tours could never book the flights, which I originally purchased even after asking additional payment to confirm my reservation. I need some evidence right away that Sky-Tours has already refunded my money for my reservation # 7403411. Because 10 working days or even longer to reflect it back on my bank account sounds too long, I cannot believe any more after checking such bad reviews on Sky-Tours, which I agree. Please send me any evidence of your paying back to my account as soon as possible! Update: I could get the full amount refunded already. Thank you. One more star added. It would be better for Sky-Tours to clearly explain the procedure at the beginning and also when you ask the additional payment. Everyone would expect that the ticket could be confirmed quickly at the original price. We all do not want to chase you to get responses.
