INI look no further than airfare.com I travel a lot and get really overwhelmed by all the websites out there. Searching leaves me feeling drained and takes so much time. After I found airfare.com, I know where to look first. I have found the best prices on tickets on several occasions. Their customer service over the phone also is pretty good. I also like it because the website search engine is pretty simple unlike some of the others who pop up so many windows that create more windows when you click on them. It saves me time and headaches when I go on airfare.com, so I am a fan and recommend to my friends and family.

GBDO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT. We purchased 4 flights from the US to the UK in December 2019 (before COVID-19). After several months of the corona virus, the airline (Virgin Atlantic) cancelled the transatlantic flights, and when we asked airfare.com to help process a refund or change of flights, they demanded an additional $1700 in fees ($425.00 per person!) They refused to provide any help whatsoever unless we paid this amount. Virgin would not help either with the refund saying we had to go back through the agent. I CANNOT RECOMMEND STRONGLY ENOUGH THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT.

GBUSELESS COMPANY I purchased air Maroc ticket during the covid period( Dec 2020) and made numerous call for them to help me get a refund from the canceled flight but was being manipulated and lied to every time. Please avoid at all cost cos they don't care about you.

GBPoor Experience, rude staff. We (family of 5) booked a trip on Air France, using Airfare.com website. At one point, a glitch, believed to be in the Air France booking system, led to the cancellation of our return flight, without notifying us. We discovered the error by chance, about 2 weeks prior to the departure date. When I called Airfare agency asking for help and support, I got an agent, with a Middle Eastern accent, who was the most unhelpful, rude, and impolite person I have ever spoken with, in my entire life. I did not think that a human being as disrespectful as this man may exist on earth. I sent a complaint by e-mail, with no answers or apologies. I strongly recommend avoiding any businesses with this company (Airfrare.com) at all times.
