DEI was extremely happy at get the flight … I was extremely happy at get the flight that I wanted and for a very affordable price. The whole process went smoothly and without a hitch. I was very concerned at the offset about doing business with Fly.com because I had never heard of them but my fears were quickly put to ease. I would do business with them again.

ZADO NOT BOOK WITH FLYIN.COM I requested a cancellation on an Ethiopian flight, through Flyin.com, since they booked my ticket. It's been 120 days now, still nothing. The only way I can communicate with them is through a chatbox. Initially the person, Sara, said 90 days, it will take 90 days for the airline to refund. Ofcourse 90 days came and gone; still nothing. Now Flyin.com blames Ethiopian Airlines for not responding. The airline gave a clear BPS link the agent needs to follow to request the refund. I shared this with Sara from Flyin.com. She was not interested and kept on saying...sorry, sorry.. I will put in an urgent request. I asked her if she could check how many times they put in urgent requests. This she could not do. I asked her who is she contacting at the airline...this she could not answer. I asked her where she is based and can I get a managers contact details...You guest right...she could not provide a further contact. Ofcourse I issued some threats due to shear frustration. Bottom line..stay far away from FLYIN.COM

SAHotel booking fraud I booked hotel for tonight 21.09.2019 They deduct payment from my card but when i reached hotel they said we don’t have any booking for you. I called customer service but they also failed to give any positive answer just informed their manager will contact but until now no one contacted me. Looks no one is serious in this company. Called many times no positive answer from customer service only say until now we are working on it even though half night is passed. Very very disappointed if it was not compensatedi will take severe action
