frustrated customer service seems to have forgotten those two very words: customer and service. website is a joke any time there is an issue in my account and don't bother trying the service dept via phone unless you have an hour or so to waste. online chat service is better but always seems to take way too long, 30-45 min, to solve simple issues.

Verizon Fios customer service … Two Thumbs Down Verizon Fios customer service (800-837-4966) is the WORST I have ever had to deal with. I am exhausted and upset after every call. WILL NOT be renewing my contract because of this.

This company has gotten so big that it… This company has gotten so big that it has definitely lost touch with its customers. It takes a really long time and too many transfers to get anything started and nothing done. Avoid at all cost!! All my online orders were sent to the incorrect address even though I confirm and double confirm before submitting my information. It still ends up going somewhere else. Definitely a tech issue with how the information is being processed.

My TV and internet have not been… My TV and internet have not been working correctly for over a month. I had done all the self testing and automated correct they require and it failed completely. I called 6x and they did the remote correction 5x ( which deleted all my favorites and all my program reminders). The techs came out 3x and that was unsuccessful. One call was good with the woman at support and billing. That call was good. The final call was to tech support AGAIN and got H1B Visa support and poor support at that. He did not listen to a thing I said and basically turned over the repair to me. He is shipping( at $10) cost to me a new router at $18/month which I have to switch out and move and cable boxes to new locations. Then box up old equipment and mail back to them or drive 30-40 minutes to Verizon store. Totally dissatisfied
