I just don't have enough time to type all the issues I have had with them in the past 3 months that I still do not have resolved. Please do yourself a favor and use a different company as you provider.

It takes a really long time and too many transfers to get anything started and nothing done. Avoid at all cost!! All my online orders were sent to the incorrect address even though I confirm and double confirm before submitting my information. It still ends up going somewhere else. Definitely a tech issue with how the information is being processed.

Avoid VERIZON if at all possible Unfortunately, I'm forced to deal with this company. They are the worst. I'm convinced that they actually train their employees to deceive and/or lie to their customers. I've had so many bad experiences with them that I've lost count. I don't trust ANYTHING I'm told and insist that they put everything in writing as a result of years of manipulation, deception and lies. Forget about getting any "help" out of them....you need to pay your bill every month WHETHER OR NOT you are actually getting the SERVICE you are paying for. If you even manage to get someone on the phone, they want you to troubleshoot and fix the problem yourself and too bad if you can't. The worst.
