PTGot my visa on time I was in a difficult place this Monday, after the oficial Indian Visa site didn't let me pay for the visa fee. I kept trying until it started to say: "visa fee has to be paid 4 days before the trip"...I forgot India was many hours ahead!!! By mere chance and in despair, I applied through Etaindia, thinking a faster pace Visa would be "official". Then I realized it wasn't affiliated with the Government site...panicked again. On the top of that, today the Indian Embassy is closed to the public. But anyway, this morning....visa pdf on my email on time for my trip tomorrow. Thank you!!!!

DEScamster Website, do not use!! This website is not the official website of the indian government and takes 127$ for a visa application that only costs ~60$ . So far I have not gotten any response nor does the phone number work. All the positive reviews on Trustpilot are from ppl who only made one review.

CAGreat emergency service Due to my own mismanagement, I was left without a visa less then 2 days before travel to India. I tried to get an emergency visa through consulate general in Canada but wasn't able to due to office closure. This was Dec 31, 2016 at 11 AM when I applied for my visa through this website and my flight was for Jan 1, 2016 at 11 AM. I was promised my visa will be issued within 12 hrs. The fees they charge is a bit high but the alternative was to loose my airline ticket. They were able to get me a visa in 20 hrs. They are certainly not affiliated with the government but however they do this, its a great service.

GBIndia Visa - The Smart Way If I could give 0 stars I would do so. This Company is one of many that offer E Visa Services on the web. It cleverly crafts its web page to look like the official site of the Indian Government. It's not. They act as agents and charge you circa £70 for a 30 day visa. The official Government site charges only £20. The Forms are pretty much the same. Make sure you find the official site at indianvisaonline.gov.in
