Flight Refunded Fully 14 Months Later My flight was cancelled due to COVID March 2020 and now, May 2021, I am in the process of receiving a full refund for a flight I had assumed I had lost $700 on. Truly grateful for the customer service 🙏🏻

Avoid this company BIE-4528610 Avoid this company. I bought the ticket well in advance but for the second time, they are trying to change the trip schedule. They want me to fly one day earlier on my return from Brazil having to stay for one night in Sao Paulo before the long-haul flight. UNACCEPTABLE. After many emails the only response I get is that nothing can be done, and if I am not happy with the change I should cancel and get the refund. The problem is the same ticket will cost 50% more if I need to buy it again. After a quick search, there is a flight that I could be put in with my family if the change is really necessary, but Vayama is also refusing to do it.

Booked trip Booked trip, cancelled by vayama and was told it was Airlines fault as price changed. Then told I would be refunded between 2 to 10 days, its now 12 days and they are now saying it could be 20 days. Can't rebook until I have refund, shocking treatment as its first ever trip for family to visit relatives since bereavement

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DECEITFUL BUSINESS. Booked a trip for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and then Covid-19 cancelled everything. Promised refunds awaiting Air Canada release of funds. Ya sure. Liars! Over 2 years. Still contacting and they say they are still waiting. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Refund required info I bought tickets 2 years ago through Vayama. Trip was canceled due to Covid. They sent me a few emails throughout the last year and a half saying they were working on the refund. Finally this week they sent an email stating they tried to put the refund back on the debit card I used to buy the tickets. My debit card info has changed since then so Vayama asked for every bank detail: “Refund got rejected to the provided Bank details. We request you to check with your bank and resend all the details mentioned below. Please provide in the same format as mentioned below. Account number: SWIFT: IBAN: Routing number: First name: Last name: Bank name: Bank state: Bank street: Bank city: Beneficiary state: Beneficiary street: Beneficiary City: We can only process your refund when you provide us these exact details. We will start processing your refund after we have received the details.” Has anyone else received this? It seems like a perfect way for them to take anything out of my bank account….I replied to the email and asked them to send me a check instead. They said they cannot.
