GBGive these a miss. What a disaster of an airline, check in so difficult on line. Delayed outbound and inbound, air con never worked out, it was like a sweat box. Spoke to others on different flights who experienced similar problems.

GBAbsolutely horrendous experience. Absolutely horrendous experience. They lost my suitcase and didn't even have the decency to call me back. The airport staff did all of the leg work to get my case back to me Unfortunately it arrived part way through my holiday and it was also damaged. Sunexpress have been completely unreasonable and after sending 30+ emails back and forth to provide what they requested, they are refusing to issue compensation or the cost of a replacement suitcase. Awful customer service, will not use again!

GBNot usually one to write bad reviews… Not usually one to write bad reviews but they deserve one, recently back from Turkey, a week before the flight i tried to check in online, it says check in opens 36 hours before the flight so i tried then to be told its unavailable please check in at airport, go to airport check in where i had to pay £4 pp so £16, not a lot but not the point, exact same on way back but had to pay €20! Raised complaint to be told that online check in is available 72 hours prior which is rubbish! I tried many times and still had to fork out money! Even so, checking in at the airport should not cost money anyway
