GBI have been shopping at Chicos since the 1990s… I have been shopping at Chicos since the 1990s and although customer service is now better, the fabrics used and quality of of the products has declined. I can compare Chicos old and new linen, travelers quality in my closet and I am not seeing silk in their offerings . The quality of the sewing has declined as well . I limit my purchases to shorts, capris and jeans mostly now as I can depend on size.

GBGreat Clothing Style! I frequently shop Chico’s—both in store and online. The Sales Associates at my local boutique are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Shopping online is easy and quick. Chico’s Customer Service is great. Clothing is nice. Browse often so you don’t miss great pieces.

GBAbsolute rags Recently ordered 4 t shirts online based on previous experience with quality goods. They were the cheapest thinnest garments I ever saw. Poorly sewn, awful. I returned them (at my cost!) and am still waiting for the refund. Chico's is definitely finished, these are rags that no one would be seen dead in. I wonder if this will be posted.

GBNon-existing customer service. would call their customer service non… I would call their customer service non existent. I am a cancer patient and recently wanted to return, exchange or get a gift card for something that I had missed the return date for due to treatments. It was 4 days late. They told me that they no longer can take anything back even if it is 1 or 2 days late. The order is taken out of their system. I hope none of them ever get cancer and need a 1 time exception. Will never shop their again.

GBDon't wash your linen dresses according to care instructions! Ordered a beautiful linen dress from Chico's, $179.00, last Spring. Wore it a couple of times before washing it. Hung in my closet because I was out of state for a few months. Came home and decided to wash it before wearing it on Easter. Followed very carefully the care instructions on the dress and it SHRUNK! Couldn't wear it. It was after the 6 months and I didn't have a receipt. CS allowed me to return it "this one time". Thank you. Just called to follow up on my refund. They mailed me a gift card for $9.97, which I haven't received!!! I'm afraid to wash anything I've purchased from Chico's. I'm returning my recent purchases. Who keeps receipts for 6 months? Won't be shopping there again.
