GBPoor Customer Service. Poor Customer Service, Messed up my travel dates, very eager to get full payment for my holiday. Never run calls, I would not recommend booking with this company.

GBHeart Broken my friends organied this… Heart Broken my friends organised this holiday for me as I have been recently widowed. They booked a holiday with this company in good faith. 7 weeks before we fly out we have been informed that flights have been cancelled and a day will be lost at the resort due to alternative flights to add injury to insult this will cost us more money. We are left in a very difficult situation. The company have not been communicating regularly and very difficult to get a hold of. The whole situation has been very stressful and greatly disappointing. The whole situation so unfair we feel backed into a corner

GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! They claim that your holiday comes with FREE 'Covid Protection Insurance'. After paying just over 6k for a holiday to dubai & maldives and contracting covid just beforehand thus unable to travel, they are now adamant they don't offer insurance on their holidays!!! Despite the screenshots i have advertising otherwise. They're now trying to get a further 1k from us to reschedule our dates to visit the destination during monsoon season!!! What's more, Jason suggested to us that if we took out an insurance policy going forward... they would alter the dates and commit a fraudulent transaction for us! I can only assume this is to justify the price increase! Very unprofessional, highly untrustworthy and will stress you out no end! We're 6k down and now have a legal battle on our hands. Book with Secret Escapes instead... they're amazing and highly professional at what they do. Please dont fall victim to these scam artists!

GBAbsolute shambles of a Company Absolute shambles of a Company. Waited nearly 2 years to finally get my money back. They said it will be paid in 1-2 days. That was 1 year ago. Constant phone calls and emails trying to get my money back from a holiday that never happened because of Covid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. your heart will be broke with them. They have normal English names but they are obviously oriental speaking. Scam springs to mind. Just glad I got my money back after 2 years. Will never use this shambles of an outside again.

GBAbsolutely shocking customer service Absolutely shocking customer service. Holiday booked for 5 in October - £8100. 7 weeks to go and we are informed flights are cancelled but if we want to continue with the holiday they are looking for £143 extra - EACH - for the change in flights??? This should be done free of charge. Not the way of things tbh. Poor communication - unable to contact them despite several phone calls and emails. Not ABTA registered.
