GBHeart Broken my friends organied this… Heart Broken my friends organised this holiday for me as I have been recently widowed. They booked a holiday with this company in good faith. 7 weeks before we fly out we have been informed that flights have been cancelled and a day will be lost at the resort due to alternative flights to add injury to insult this will cost us more money. We are left in a very difficult situation. The company have not been communicating regularly and very difficult to get a hold of. The whole situation has been very stressful and greatly disappointing. The whole situation so unfair we feel backed into a corner

GBAVOID AVOID AVOID absolutely awful… AVOID AVOID AVOID absolutely awful service. This company is dreadful, shambles on refunding money. Pretty much lost account of £2000 as they were adamant that I hadn’t paid the final balance, had to show receipts and bank statements to prove this. Waited months for the refund, and even then it’s in instalments. Never on a date as promised. Even at the last hurdle they still tried to keep hold of £1200 to use as credit for my next holiday…. Definitely not going to book again with this company. I understand there was a pandemic but Jesus Christ return peoples hard earned money!! Company looks like it trades from London, but it’s most definitely India, poor communication. Honestly if you want a holiday, invest your money elsewhere because these guys are jokers

GBPoorly planned Hi on return from my trip to thiland I want to share bad experiences with you and would like to know what action you are going to take 1/ arrive chatrium hotel lovely hotel no fault pick up by taxi to Bangkok airport to travel koh sumi pick up 9.05 hour to airport arrived just after ten was ushered straight through to departure no were to get drink /food flight was 13.45 so waiting 3hrs 45 mins in that time 2 planes going to koh sumi took off why'll we were still hanging around Once on board was told no food or drinks would be supplied but would be offered a bag on leaving plane with water sandwich QUESTION why have us at airport so early and why was we not allocated an earlier flight instead of us been stranded for so long and n food drink 2/ amari hotel pick up 5am came 4.50 missed breakfast not open until 6am arrived airport that was a 15 min drive from hotel airport in darkness opens at 6 check in 6.30 again hanging around no food or drink flight left 9.05 am again offered a bag food drink on leaving plane arrived fisherman's harbour resort 5star BEVER BEEN A 5 star more like 2star at a push got into room what a joke (pictures sent) complained to staff just looked at us asked to speak to manager was told would inform him Never came to see me hotel room disgusting see photos pool tiles missing damaged dangerous pool bar was advertised food cocktails you could only get beer soft drinks breakfast disgusting all food was tepid or cold pancakes under cooked fried eggs cold and like rubber fruit uncovered flys on food and not a great selection so after second day we are out after sampling the slips outside eating area facing car park Housekeeping never left toilet rolls or clean towels was constantly asking at reception I am forwarding pictures ect and really want a reply as to we're we go from here if nothing is satisfactory then I will be issuing a complaint to resolve I look forward to your reply Plus not to mention the green dirty water in water features nails sticking out of floorboards around pool and toothpaste stains in bathroom Not only was our trip poorly planned the last hotel rated 5stars was very poor standard
