GBMy experience was not good. My experience was not good. I paid Faremachine to upgrade my airline seat on a KLM flight to Europe. I di not get the upgrade! KLM did not receive the money to upgrade the seat. I have called Mr Frank Collins, the person who sold me the seats, several times. He does not answer or return my calls. Where is the money? I am thinking that I have been scammed by Faremachine.

GBThey have gone completely missing in… They have gone completely missing in action after we bought tickets that need to be refunded. NEVER USE (if they are ever back in business), never use them.
