GBVELTRA IS TRASH The worst company to book through or even deal with. I HIGHLY recommend booking through the actual companies and not this travel agency. Support the business and not some money grubby travel agency. They ruined my trip to HI and wouldn't even help me out to rebook my events. They were so rude and completely lack compassion. GBOur soggy trip to Waipio... It was raining so hard it was hard to enjoy the trip but the tour guide was very sweet and funny so that made it nice. We weren't able to go down into Waipio Valley which was the reason we booked it, but no one can change the weather, so...it was still interesting even though I fell in the red mud with white pants on and we were soaked to the bone. Lol! We shall never forget that trip. :D

GBDirections to the boat were vague if … Directions to the boat were vague if you are unfamiliar with local addresses and landmarks. Couldn't find the boat. Called, and still had a bit of trouble. Otherwise, staff was exceptional.

GBAll the tours were great except the… All the tours were great except the Pearl Harbor experience. There was not enough time allotted for all 4 places. You had to rush through it all and could not enjoy it
