FRWORST EXPERIENCE WORST EXPERIENCE : I contact customer service to change the passenger's name (error when ordering). Budget Air tells me that it is not impossible to do that, according to the company's rules. We therefore contacted the airline company which agreed to do the modification (orally and via chat). We sent the chat transcription as a proof to BudgetAir that the company was ok to make the modification and that now it was up to BudgetAir to contact them. However, BudgetAir never wanted to correct the name, claiming that it was not a written statement, even though the company's consultant confirmed to us that what was said by the chatbox was declaration office. But this was never enough for BudgetAir which did not even try to contact the company. So we had to buy an other flight ticket (€800). First and last experience with Budget Air!

COon the ticket i bought it said "one… on the ticket i bought it said "one personal item and one hand baggage" turns out it was only one personal item even tho it clearly says on the ticket both, and i have to pay 400 us dollars for the hand luggage that they said came with. dont buy from this site, its a scam and they wont help you.

AEOverall a Good Experience The overall experience was good but the flight schedules and rates are a little bit hard to sort. The ticket processing time was impressive and the e-ticket was received immediately after booking instead of taking time till 24 hours.
