GBMasters at the Masters Attended 2016 Masters with my wife and 4 boys and Magnolia Manor staff could not have been nicer. Facilities were great. Food and drink great. Parking made easy and shuttle service to Augusta Natl was great. Highly recommend Magnolia Manor to make the Masters experience even greater!

GBSpeachless After spending thousands of dollars for the last day of the Masters, Magnolia Manor Hospitality was out of numerous parts of their offerings which were supposed to be part of the package we paid for. Some of these were the shuttle from and to the hotel, cigars, etc...

I have had the great fortune to attend the Masters many times and I can honestly say that the combination of attending the greatest sporting event in the world and being hosted by Magnolia Manor cannot be beat! I have used the Magnolia Manor for corporate events and for buddies trips and it really completes the experience. Outstanding service and just great people who know exactly what you need. Inside the gates of Augusta National you really have perfection and Magnolia Manor brings you perfection outside the gates. The best food, the best drinks, the best service and the best people you will ever meet.

GBUNACCEPTABLE when i looked at what was charged in my bank a/c it was more than the agreed amount and what I had printed. have not as yet received a refund, took more than hour to speak to sales rep, they did not answer any other lines,[phone lines go dead after holding] this is not satisfactory, eventually told that they DONT KNOW how this happened.

GBGreat experience except for 1 matter. Communication, timeliness, guest experience was all perfect. Direct communication with Ian gave me confidence in your brand. I purchased the Masters tickets for one of my charity auctions. I will likely continue to do this. The only issue I have is that when someone buys the auction package, I lose control over the user and their commitment to return the badge. While this was not an issue this year, if the buyer of the package failed to return the badge and I had to pay the exorbitant price for the lost badge, then my investment in the charity may be better served by providing alternative trip packages. My thanks for the help this year. The Masters package brought the highest bid of all live auction items. Best, Pat Kempf.
