GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. My wife was with her mum, a friend of the family and our son waiting at the airport for a taxi to take her to the hotel, and they came with a very small car. Their agent told them to book a van instead and that she will be fully refunded for the cab as it was their mistake. Well, now they don't want to refund because they claim that the group was not 3 adults and one child as booked, but 4 people and one child. They really have a lot of nerves to lie like this. We told them to check with the hotel, which the say they did... and they keep on saying the group was one more person than the group really was, just to not issue a full refund. And their customer service on the phone is really rude and just cut the conversation... They are ready to lie to your face to make sure they don't give you a refund. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!

MYConned and short-changed by hotels2thailand tour guide We got the worst tour guide of all for the Bangkok Safari and Marine World tour we booked via hotels2thailand. He introduced himself as Tai. He immediately stopped talking and sulked when we interrupted him to ask questions during the safari tour. He was sarcastic and arrogant throughout. At the Marine World, he recommended we take the river boat ride (300 baht/pax for the seven of us) but it was a total waste of money. Boring! Then he did the worst stunt of all. He gave us the tickets to the shows and told us where to go, and disappeared until lunch time before he briefly appeared again! We found our way to every show ourselves. He and the driver only picked us up again to send us back to our hotel after the last show. Worst" tour guide" we've ever had in all the countries we've visited. Will never book from unreliable hotels2thailand again!

THMissleading infromation and poor custoemer service We had used this website to book a tour and the programme of the trip was different to what was promised. The tour guide was terrible and included shopping stops and was not able to manage group dynamics and ensure that the schedule stays on time resulting in a 3 hour delay. After complaining to hotels2thailand.com customer support, aknowledging the mistake and just receive an email offering a discount toward a future booking instead of a refund. Will not use again as customer support is poor!
