AUExtremely Poor Customer Service Extremely Poor Customer Service and Ridiculous Prices. I submitted an online query and received an email next day with just 1 flight option which was not even on the days I wanted to fly. Then instead of calling me I had to get into back and forth email saga with Alexandra (sales rep) eventually realising that the prices quotes are almost the same that I would get if I booked with the airline directly. Then why would I bother contacting this company ?? When I questioned this Alexandra just stopped responding to emails. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

FRAlexandra came through once again Alexandra came through once again. We had to cancel a trip to Australia and Polynesia 2 years ago due. to Covid. We were unable to obtain refunds and were concerned that our time-limited credits would no longer be valid. We contacted Sol and Alexandra who were very responsive. Alexandra assured us that our credits were still valid and arranged a new trip for us to Australia at a very attractive price and in a very short time frame. She was always responsive, helpful and effective. Who could ask for more? We will continue to use Fly with Class and Alexandra for our frequent and future trips.

AUMisrepresentation and terrible service. Misrepresentation and terrible service. The company misrepresented itself as a true travel company (and continues to do so) - offering discounted business class flights. These are actually purchased from other frequent flyers. We booked a holiday for 4 to Europe Business Class from Australia and had flights delayed due to our Government making exit unlawful. Not only were we assured many times that this would not be a problem and we could simply re-use them post covid, when we were able to travel again they wanted to charge us thousands extra. To say that we will never use them again is an understatement. I will be warning all of my friends and family of just how horrendously we were treated.

AUSAVE SOME $$$ I was referred to Fly With Class by a friend who has used them several times and gave glowing reports. I normally would not use an on-line company but after her referral and after reading the revues I thought I would give it a go. I was not flexible with my travel date or Airline but Alexandra managed to organise an amazing fare for my husband and I. It was such an easy process and after I made payment the tickets were issued within 24hrs. I certainly will recommend them to everyone!!
