Spa getaway for a weekend We went on a Spa getaway for a weekend. It was a very enjoyable experience, especially since we couldn’t travel far but were still in need of a trip. We were taken to Notre-Dame-du-Portage, and although we had been before, we were excited to go back. The hotel was very nice and most importantly had an amazing Spa with an indoor pool. We loved it. We probably wouldn’t have gone anywhere if it wasn’t because it was all planned and booked for us. During the getaway we realized that we should do this more often!! We’ll definitely repeat, hopefuly with a trip next time.

Austin Trip We booked a getaway to Austin and it was great. Everything was booked for us for once, which was nice!

Please DO NOT book with this company… Please DO NOT book with this company right now. I am not sure what's going on with them right now, but be aware. We booked with them a weekend surprise trip in May 2021 for a weekend in November 2021 and they did NOT provide a trip for us and are impossible to get a hold of. We’ve been trying to contact them for a refund

Really sad to say I don’t recommend Really sad to say I don’t recommend this company. My partner and I wanted to do something adventurous so we picked a 2 night, 3 day trip. We ended up going to Denver (exciting!), but our hotel was a train and two bus lines from the airport, which took an hour and 15 minutes. And getting into downtown was 40 minutes by public transit from the hotel. On top of that, our hotel was absolutely disgusting and we ended up checking out to go stay downtown and somewhere cleaner. We never received the “personalized” itinerary. We reached out to Surprisit when we arrived at the hotel and again the next morning, attaching photos of the hotel, reviews of the hotel, and asking where our itinerary was. When they didn’t respond we requested a refund on the same email string. They said thanks for reaching out and they’d get back to us. 5 days later, still no update and no response to our couple of follow ups either. Finally had to challenge the charge on our credit card and go through them rather than surprisit.
