no refund policy money taken from account when no confirmation of booking. then an email to say the hotel was full on the dates. not able to make contact with them. No refund policy on the site for this scenario. DO NOT USE THEM

Hotel price comparision that delivers I have used them a few times now, always easy to use and seems accurate. Nothing fancy, basic but it delivers and works

Booked some hotel rooms in South Africa, I know the venues and the price is good but directrooms.com payment page just seemed really odd, took a while to flick through the system and the confirmation emails have no logo or art - look like they have been home made - anyone else's experience?? However the system appears to be well informed and comparable with hotels.com

The real deal for best priced hotel rooms I have used Directrooms.com for several years and here's why: they say they provide the best deal for hotel rooms and they do. I used to research several sites before booking and now this site does it for me. If they can't get a better deal then they show you which site does. Pretty amazing! Easy, fast and no bull.
