superb but I was disappointed The helicopter in flight is superb but I was disappointed by the position I occupied in the middle and I could not make beautiful pictures because I was embarrassed by the people on each side

Not bad but could be Better I had an average experience , based on the long wait at the heliport, the worst seat on board (in the middle at the rear seats...with a partially obstructed view ), and rude staff . Not sure if I would recommend it according to the price.

So much fun! This was a great experience. The pilot was so nice and fun! I had 3 teenage boys with me who were a little nervous but everyone made them feel at ease and this was their favorite experience in NYC. I highly recommend Zip Aviation!

Great experience but horrible staff The actual ride itself was amazing and the pilot was great- however the staff before and after were extremely unpleasant and seemed as if they didn't care- disappointing as we paid a lot of money for the experience. They were chatting amongst themselves and acted as if we a burden even being there. I felt it detracted from the whole experience, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

That was not what I had booked ! I had booked a 20 mn flight to see the north of Central Park and Manhattan. Because of a restricted flight area in North Manhattan, the flight I had booked was transformed in a flight to the south of the industrial harbour. I would prefer a manager propose to make a flight to just 15 minutes. The overview of the port brings absolutely no interest. In addition, to maximize the return flight , the helicopter embarked 6 passengers including one ends up on the middle seat , uncomfortable spot where you can not sit up properly, preventing the helmet to raise your head without hit the ceiling ... I let you imagine what place I had. In short, the survey of NYC helicopter will not bring interest with respect to the views that we have the Top of the Rock or Empire State Building. I expressed my dissatisfaction on our return flight , but my interlocutor would not listen . For nearly 600 $ for 2 people , I find that the more unpleasant attitude. Came on the advice of a guide, I will certainly make it my home.
