Hertford Court -14 Hertford St The apartment is exceptionally well located near Shepherds Market and a 5 minute walk to Green Park or Hyde Park Corner tube stations. Hertford St is a bit of a cut through and quite noisy, necessitating closing the windows on hot nights or using ear plugs. No aircon, so gets quite warm on hot days (it was near 30 ℃ in London). Consierge was on hand to meet. The apartment suited our needs, was clean and serviced daily. The beds were comfortable and had good linen, however, the overall appearance was a little tatty and could do with a complete facelift. Equally, the furniture was quite tired. The Wifi was intermittant and reception varied from room to room. We would stay in the same area again but possibly not that particular apartment block unless it had been renovated.

Avoid like the plague Made a booking back in September for this coming weekend, payment was taken on 13th April. Today I receive a phone call from the company to explain there was a problem with the property and it would not be available but there is 4 other options that they will send through to me and I could choose at no extra cost. Although I was annoyed I agreed to look at the different properties and I was assured these would be sent over to me through booking.com within the hour. They also guaranteed me that I still had my booking. Within 5 minutes of coming off the phone I got a notification from booking.com to say my reservation had been cancelled by me and they would do their best to get my funds back. They have never sent me any options. I have tried ringing the company over 50 times now to try and sort this, I have left voicmails, messaged them through booking.com and used their live chat and I have been ignored. I now have 2 days to find alternative accommodation which will cost me more than what I originally paid and I am already out of pocket by £220 that they have taken. An absolute shambles of a company, who do not deserve any customers. Avoid like the plague!!

Disgusting! I stayed at 50 Hans place. Once they take your money you are in terrible hands ! Advertisement of a newly refurbished appartment. Reality : Broken down wardrobes. Old beds Pillows terribly old and disgusting Bed sheets and towels old with holes. Bathroom old and broken down constant leak. Shower fell on my son with a huge bruise. Old broken doors Allergies from the bed Daily emails . They dont care as long as they have your money. They search to trap the next customer.

London City Stay Extremely well located 2 bedroom flat in a vibrant part of the City Centre near Shopping and transportation. Carpets are old, stained and torn, they need to be replaced and windows overlooking James Street need to be sound proofed due to the presence of numerous restaurants spilling out into the Street till the wee hours. Kitchen is well equipped and adequate hot water in bathrooms. Generally an average experience that could well have been a five star experience.
