As close to a fraudulent company as there is My wife booked a flight for me from LGA New York to TYS Knoxville on April 18th. The flight was to take place on April 30. She thought she was booking on the American Airlines website and somehow ended up on ESKY.com. On April 22 her mother passed away and we needed to cancel travel plans including this flight. On Friday April 26 she called Esky to request cancellation and a refund due to bereavement and was told we needed to provide a death certificate. As we waited for the death certificate to be made available, she reached out to Esky everyday to let them know we were waiting for for it and would provide it as soon as we got it. On each call she asked for her assigned representative and was told he wasn't available. ( he said his name was "Herman" but could barely speak English). Today April 30 we were finally able to get the death certificate. We magically got through to "Herman" on the phone and he had us to both text and email a picture of it to him. In less than 20 minutes he texted back to say "I regret to inform you that your flight has already been cancelled". When I texted back to ask what exactly what that meant, of course there was no reply. Back on the phone to "Herman" and he said he didn't know who cancelled it and there would be no refund as it was and Economy Class ticket and as such was not refundable and my wife should have paid more attention to what she booked. He could have told her that on day one instead of telling her to provide a death certificate and then stringing her along while she was dealing with everything else that goes along with the death of a parent. I unashamedly admit I ranted at him for what he put my wife through until he hung up. We are now working with our credit card company to pursue a fraudulent charge case against ESKY

This is the worst airline ticket… This is the worst airline ticket company ever. First, they lie about the prices. And secondly, they behave very unprofessionally with customers. My story is as follows. I am buying a round trip ticket for my minor son from Orlando to Sofia with one stop at Heathrow. The ticket costs $1,070 with checked baggage one-way. When I try to pay for it, the system tells me that the price has been changed and has become more expensive by almost $400. I tried again after a few days. The price on their website was again $1070 and again they asked me $400 more. These are prices without the additional fees they charge. I paid it with that 400$ plus tickets it was 1518$. Everything is supposed to be fine, we have a round-trip ticket and after 3-4 days they write to me that the flight from Orlando to Sofia was no longer in their system (this is the flight whose price includes checked baggage) and offer me another one at the same price which however there is no luggage included and also my son has to get off at one airport to collect all his luggage and go to another to check it in again. I check in their system and the flight I paid for is there. I check with the airlines and they have as many seats as you want. But esky keeps telling me that it is not there. Then they made a technical mistake and kept trying to push me for much more expensive flights. In the end, they canceled my outbound flight without my permission, and for the return flight they said it was already booked and they couldn't do anything. Can you imagine they took my money for a return flight and they don't care how we get there. I will contact all possible institutions to get retribution and to prevent other people like me from suffering.

I used eSky to book a RyanAir ticket I used eSky to book a RyanAir ticket. Not only did they charge about £40 above RyanAir's own prices for the exact same journey (I checked within a few minutes), I received an email from RyanAir saying there was no commercial relationship between them and eSky, so the booking was blocked subject to my confirmation. This made me uneasy and I decided to cancel. But even though RyanAir have a 24-hr grace period, eSky refuse to give me a refund. AVOID.
