GBBooked flight on a Thursday 19 October. Booked flight on a Thursday, received email confirmation. Money transferred. The following Wednesday was notified by site that transaction couldn't be made. They asked for additional funds be made in order to refund and reissue ticket. During conversation, agent became increasingly agitated and overbearing indicating that airfare could not be returned. Currently out of a ticket and money.
