I enjoyed my stay at Country Inn and… I enjoyed my stay at Country Inn and Suites of Rapid City, SD on Lacrosse St. My room was very well organized and neat, the house keeper named Charlotte did an awesome job on cleaning the room. She was very professional, courteous and her services were well recommended. Thank you Country Inn and Suites employees, I would recommend you to everyone.

We booked a room through Priceline and… We booked a room through Priceline and was told Priceline overbooked it and they had no rooms available. Shame on Priceline but the clerk wasn't helpful and even tried to move us along while we were trying to find another hotel.

Stayed at the country inn in Sumter Sc Stayed at the country inn in Sumter Sc the front desk lady was sarcastic and very slick at the mouth. She gave me very rude energy and racist vibe. When we asked about a hot tub she proceeded to say “this ain’t the Marriott” and that is not okay. Room was very worn down and needs updating.

We booked the hotel in San Carlos CA… We booked the hotel in San Carlos CA through booking.com from Europe for afew nights. Trying to converse with the hotel was really very basic which was a worry, especially when we missed our flight due to covid problems with changes in protocol. It was impossible to deal with the reception, they instantly referred us to booking.com, fine with me but concerning they couldn't deal. The hotel turned out to be a huge disappointment on all fronts whereas the "reviews" were very good(!?!?!) stating property had been updated and staff excellent....both ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE!!! This establishment is extremely rundown and outdated to the point of being a film set for a horror movie and the staff is very wide eyed with fear and nothing else...After afew days after departure we found out we had been charged TWICE for our room, instead of once and a refund of the deposit. We are now in the middle of a huge discussion about this which makes me even more angry! What the he...This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

simply The best in Big Flats Ny!!! simply The best in Big Flats Ny!!!i stayed here for 35 days. yes it was averaging around $80 per night but not only was it the cheapest for a upscale hotel it was the best value by far!! it was Xmas time. the lobby was done so well and so homey and comfortable i felt i could have xmas eve with my Grand-kids there!!the Breakfasts each and every morning had much to choose from.and tasted great!! the hired help were the best i ever had at any hotel ive stayed over the past 63 years. i would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat that needs a place in upstate NY!!
