CAAvoid them like leprosy which they will… Avoid them like leprosy which they will probably get as karma for criminally scamming folks. My wife thought she was getting a good deal and booked with them. Same script- call back from them to say airline declined the price necessitating upcharges followed by threats over the phone of us not geing able to get a better fare elsewhere. Immediately canceled the deal since no tickets were delivered. 5 months later we see fraudulent charges on the card provided. FRONTIER GDS fare/reservation 3rd party processing company needs to can these fraudulent morons from their platform ASAP

GBI was originally quoted a price for… I was originally quoted a price for $358 for a one way ticket after going through the whole process I then get a call a few hours later stating they cannot give me that flight but they can give me a flight for $225 more than what was originally quoted and paid for. This was not Scarlett Johnson’s fault but the airlines

INThis is the best site I have come… This is the best site I have come across so far. These people with assist you with everything from booking the tickets to boarding into the plane. I really liked the service. Every time I have to fly I just call them, tell them the requirements and boom they keep me covered. Alicia, Adriana, Justin, Luisa, Gloria and few others that I don't remember the names of are so helpful. If you wanna fly just call them and you don't have worry about anything. I don't know what people have to say but they offer cheap flights as well and they don't even take any extra for the service. So just go and book.

GBI was skeptical about booking with this… I was skeptical about booking with this company at first because of some reviews. The prices for my tickets were the best I had seen In 2 months of searching. I gave them a shot and thanks yo Scarlett Johnson she made it happen. I got better seats with carry-on she sent me my e-tickets before 24 hrs and I confirmed with Delta about our flight, payment, and confirmation. So don't always go by what you see but what you know. I will book again. Thank you so much for reassuring your service to me.

GBI want to thank Mr Morris I want to thank Mr. Morris for his professionalism. He made me want to give them my business however i had messed up on credit card information unknowingly. He gladly cancelled my reservation at no cost to me. I wish Customer care everywhere had more Mr. Morris.
