They are Thieves don't use these crooks Total rip off said hotel was 114 after tax and double fees cost me 180 and didn't even get the total until I was tricked into paying for it . There. Fees where more than 50% of the room cost that's absurd. Total scam job could have used hotels com same base price but only $14 in tax a ddeeence of $64 . Total thieves,!!! Everywhere is better done use these crooks

I have been so well cared for. I have been so well cared for and have felt so supported by the staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Having to travel for an unexpected funeral for my brother, I have been scattered in my thinking. Reservation Centre staff have made this time so much easier for me with my changes in travel arrangements. BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM BOOKING SITE BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM BOOKING SITE! I booked a Sydney Australia hotel for 2 nights not realising the amount was in US dollars. Not only that they charged a heap more for the 2nd night plus other taxes totaling A$170 and finally deducting A$722 from my account for a very ordinary hotel. They aren’t contactable on the given phone number and the email I sent them “couldn’t be delivered”. They are a TOTAL SCAM so beware!!!

Huge scam Huge scam! When searching the web for a particular hotel, like Hilton, the hotel's logo appears on their website. You think that you are contacting the hotel that you searched for, but you are not. They are a third party that operates under the guise of being associated with the hotel. They told me they handle overflow calls for the hotel, not true. In addition to the cost for the hotel, they assess a $16 "service " fee without advising you. Talk directly with the hotel, save time and money. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Shady to say the least!
